I dunno, to me all food is comfort food. Maybe pizza if I had to pick. And then fried chicken with mac n cheese. And then leftover cold fried chicken with a big dill pickle. And then...........

Well, I really don't make fried chicken (maybe once or twice a decade) but I like it, will buy it occasionally. And left over cold chicken with a nice crispy pickle is great.

I made 3 ingredient, one pot mac 'n cheese tonight. It was pretty good. (you cook the mac in milk, do not drain and then add the cheese).
