Ugh tis the season. I’m drinking alcohol free beer and managed 15 whole leg raises today! Just had a stoopid amount of food for dinner - but need to leave something to improve tomorrow!

I’d been laying off the alcohol for several weeks then we had a mob over for Easter and I might have had a few. Back on the wagon. Sucks getting old, struggle to not get fat! 😭😭😭

stayed consistent with the good habits when the bad ones reared up. We all are so much more than numbers on a scale. I focus on being healthy, good BP, bloodwork numbers, etc
