I feel that if your profile is set to private or whatever, you shouldn't be able to view anybody else's profile or pics.

Some set them to be viewed by friends only & some don't actually know it's not viewable. Then there's if you're blocked or blocked them.

I wonder if it keeps you from being blocked? Always thought it was goofy but possibly some nefarious reasons. Interesting.

Personally, mine is set to friends only. Nothing personal. I set it that way years ago when I deleted all my pics & just never felt the need to change it back.🤷‍♀️

As far as reporting goes,pics can always be seen and all you need is a name to report someone don't you? I've had mine set to friends only too at times.
