Personally, mine is set to friends only. Nothing personal. I set it that way years ago when I deleted all my pics & just never felt the need to change it back.🤷‍♀️

As far as reporting goes,pics can always be seen and all you need is a name to report someone don't you? I've had mine set to friends only too at times.
