if you look at the rules, she's only breaking them if she sends an unsolicited pm. The pm was in response to a comment on a status. It's distasteful but not rule breaking.

not necessarily, they're open to interpretation, I may be wrong. I did consider reporting it but decided not to. She has lost my respect and I won't interact with her in the future.
