My MIL had cats that were ferocious hunters, she lived in a rural area so the cats were catching things all the time. One of them would leave the mouse heads, the stone walkway around the house would

Them Mice mess me around.. Saw (I think) a real big mean looking one.. I layed 5 traps. Crafty Creature must has seen that I'm on to him so he chickened off ! ! !

I was actually doing Sylvester Jr when he thinks his father has been beaten up by a mouse, not a baby kangaroo. One of the best cartoons ever!
