Fire we have a very humble place (1978 double wide trailer) but we have 5 acres & are on the sound. All we wanted was land and a woodstove

Im sure Melvin paid a fortune. Real estate in our state is out of control. I'm happy for you Melvin, constructing a house is a pain. Enjoy it!!
