Got the house! They've signed and it's official. 3500sqft. 
Mainfloor master, a huuuuuge kitchen, and a 16'x23' office for me with a kitchenette (so no spilling coffee on the carpet from upstairs).

Just think, in New York or San Francisco just the size of your office is larger than many apartments, would rent for many thou$ands per month!

We'll be closing Mar 31 and moving about a week and a half later.

We have a cleaning company that comes in every week & we're given guaranties that their sanitising gives us up to 7 days covid 19 protection.
