Fake to my meaning would suggest a profile created by the owner of the site in order to inflate the size or vibrancy of the community.

so, profile pic is owned/not theirs, site made a profile, web pics used, lied about age/locatio/gender,,list goes on,,not all "fake" , but yes theyre are also those who intentionally deceive
