I think that job one is choosing a plastic surgeon wisely. I have seen awful boob jobs and great ones. Kelly is for sure in the "great ones" category.

I always prefer "in Proportion" Boob jobs are not always about biggest but rather enhancing the whole you. The one condition I would make is not to mess with your nipples! They are perfect!
