As GBM says contact Support, even if I agreed with you I can't do anything about it at this point. I can't view the vid so I can't even offer an opinion on it.

So I go to support i explain my problem and it asks me to upload. So I try to up load the video and it wont let me.

You don't have to upload the video, just tell them it's the video you tried uploading today, they'll have access to it.
