(1) go online to find out how to fix it, (2) examine tractor and determine what parts you need (3) order parts (4) go out and buy a new tractor.

Oh, done that. It's either #1-10 bolts, drain radiator, new parts, reassemble, or #2- 300 bolts, engine rebuild. Both still cheaper than new tractor.

Usually for me.....298 of the bolts will come out easily, the other two will take 3 weeks to extricate for some reason.
