I am right now in the middle of making several changes to better myself. I always look for ways to better myself, but the past few years have been a true learning experience. Financially I am better than ever, thanks to the help of a couople of people that I call friends. The gave me the information that I needed to start making money that I would never be able to make at a normal job. Physically I am a work in progress. I woked for 15 years as a bouncer, and to make it easier to do my job; I kept weight at 265lb. I had a fairly strong build, but was a bit on the pudgy side. After retiring my bouncer gear, I didn't do much physically for around 2 years. Six months later (after quitting smoking sodas and a lack of physical activity) I saw a picture of myself and was not too happy. I had reached 310lb, and decided that since I quit smoking and drinking sodas, I should work on sculpting a body that I wouldn't mind looking at in a mirror. Since Oct. 2011 I have lost 40 lb (as of 3/12) and continue strides toward the body that I want. Spiritually I am better than ever. It helps when you surround yourself with positive people and begin doing positive things then see the results. Mentally I shoot for the stars. Every day I learn more and find more usage for what I learn.
