It is a good question .... Hi everyone , i am leaving the country to go and be with the woman of my dreams on the other side of the planet , that I met on a porno site where I posted nude pics for the world to see ...... Hmmmm , i might just try it for the reaction.

I would imagine that they just say they met via the internet. And let their family assume that it was a dating site....lol

without lying say just met via the internet and mutual interests. What they extrapolate from that is all on them ;)

Haha, yeah I thought about the online dating thing but it it's someone from far away I think that people would want to know which site because usually it just shows "local" matches lol. I'm thinking about how I would react and I think I would be the type to be like "what?! That's crazy! What site did you use?" lol

The people from here I've mentioned to my family, I just say I met them on an Internet chat site. Of course I'm sure if I announced that I was moving (to Australia ;) lol) they would probably ask a few more questions.

I did meet someone from here, but it wasn't the amazing love affair that we had hoped it would be.
I adore the movie St. Elmo's fire when the mum asks Billy where he'd met her daughter?
"Prison", he replies........
