As some of you know, I have been in lots of pain recently. In my pelvic area...focused on the right side. Ive been to the doctor several times for this pain. Ive been poked with needles more than a few times for bloodwork. I even had an emergency ultrasound....not just one but two..I got the lovely one where they use a wand and go inside you too....Ive been warned to not have any type of penetration...dont worry doc, I won't...it hurts
Well I got a message from the doctor's assistant today to call as soon as possible...granted I just went in Thursday for another round of bloodwork and even a pelvic exam this time....but the last few times that I've been in I've only gotten a call if something was odd on my results from my bloodwork....I've gotten to the point that I am a little worried about this. They keep telling me nothing is wrong..even though my white blood count keeps coming back abnormally high..it hasn't dropped from any of the tests....Normally when the white blood count is high there is some type of infection going on. I have no reason for it to be high that they can find. The other thing bothering me is that they know I am in pain and that tylenol does not help AT ALL! but they will not give me painkillers. I just want the pain to go away. When this started I had a few vicoden left over from when I hurt my back in November. I took those and they helped relieve the pain. But now I can't have any until they know what is wrong. Hopefully I can get some answers tomorrow...Hopefully it's not a phone call saying that they need me to come back for MORE bloodwork...I'm tired of being poked with needles and having the same tests ran and getting the same results over and over
