so is it right that with the friend requests i have recieved.... i cant even accept 1 by 1 ?

i thought in the past you could still recieve friends but not Add?

any helps here?

yes rules have changed, you pay for the privilege to send friend requests,
but doesnt help if they are free members and cant except

That is not the case for everyone, some can accept as non and some can't....why the discrepancies?
