Deleted, but still in Google search results

I deleted a picture from here successfully. But the picture still appears in Google Search results. When I go to remove an image from Google search (which you can do easily normally) it says I cannot remove from search results because the image still exists on the website. But I deleted it... Anyone come across this, resolved this? Thanks! SW

It's not really deleted from the site, sort of just hidden. And you must know that nothing can be removed from the internet. Your pic will be available for all to see for 100's of years to come
