New regulations affecting every site allowing adult content uploads from October 15th, 2021

We have now turned on a new feature whereby you will need to submit govt ID to a trusted third party (SecureIDVerify) in order to upload content on this site.

This requirement has been mandated by Mastercard and it affects all sites online that accept adult uploads and have paid memebrship plans.

The process is very simple, and you only need to do it once.

We can assure you, your ID is never shared with us here at NN, so there is no risk of your ID being linked to photos you might upload.

It really is a formality that we need to introduce to be able to accept credit card payments, we have no choice in the matter.

We hope that you understand and will support this move.

FAQ:

1. Q I won't show my face, do I still need to submit ID?
A: Yes. Anyone that uploads anything to the site must submit ID once only.

2. Q. Will my ID be stored by NewbieNudes?
A. No. We only receive a Yes or No as to if your ID is valid from SecureIDVerify

3. Q. If I delete my account, what will happen to my ID on file with SecureIDVerify?
A. If you delete your account, we will send a request to SIDV that will require they delete your ID from their vault.

4. Q. I don't want to upload ID - why should I?
A. We appreciate you might feel some reluctance. Please be assured that your ID will not be seen by this site, nor is it in anyway linked to your NN account.
Please also be assured that this requirement is being forced onto the whole adult industry and that we have no choice but to require it.

5. Q. Will the verification service see my nude pics?
A. No. They do not receive any information that can link to your pics. The ID verification process and the uploading of photos here on this site are completely de-coupled.

6. Q. Can I cover up parts of my ID?
A. Yes. If you feel safer, feel free to cover up everything on your ID except your face, first name and just the year of your birth.

Click on the photos tab on your profile page, follow the prompts. If using your passport, yes that photo is fine, you don't need to include your surname, just your first name, and the year you were born. All other information on your document may be redacted.

It is not a legal requirement. Mastercard ®, has implemented this policy. If the site doesn't comply, it dies. It is just that simple.

It has nothing to with, left, or right. If the site refuses to comply, they would no longer be able to accept credit card payments, hence the change to verification.

Look if what you say has some truth to it have the NN brass post proof of it otherwise they will have ripped off a great number of legally paid in full legitimate customers. In reality this represents a breach of contract from when I signed up.

I have offered up justifiable suggestions listed in above posts - Get his NN legal team to verify or at the very least in grant those who are pd like myself for another 509 days to be grandfathered until that contract expires.

Naivety is not a characteristical trait I possess. Keep in mind, the site is not forcing anyone to ID Verify, we're simply giving users the information and they decide what they want to do.

As an adult I am aware of that but what happens to my 509 paid days left, I guess I could just become a thorn in the side and let all others know they are being ripped off without bonafide proof of the requirement.

So far I have been unable to locate any.

NN, myself, and everyone else who is ID Verified are not fans of the "soft tyranny" imposed by MasterCard. Once again, if the site doesn't comply, they lose the ability to process card payments. No more, no less.

All I am requesting is a simple verification of that claim of this requirement, I seek the god honest truth that's all I am sure many other paying customers would be interested in too and from that we can decide if we wish provide the information. It is a privacy issue I trust you know.

Thanks ThePadrino that was helpful and what I have been asking, for you did good.

I will never apologize for protecting myself and yes others. I am very surprised the site management has not been more forthcoming in educating the patrons here in advance of this roll out and of what is required as it is only good business practice and does not really take a lot to do. This quite frankly was very sloppy.

I will do further research to satisfy my self interest , but I do appreciate your help Padrino


I look forward to further proof however before I will relax enough to give away more freedom that I do not really care to do, so maybe we stop posting here. If I do leave can I give my membership away to some good soul?

As others have said this is not a LEGAL requirement but a requirement by Mastercard.

The crux of it is, if we don't get ID and an acknowledgement of consent from those uploading content, our card processors turn us of. We therefor have no funds to pay the bills and we swiftly die. We don't have the option to "only take visa card"

These are the facts. I don't like it, but I have to live with it.

I am VERY THANKFUL that this imposition by MasterCard has been well received by over 2,000 people that post here so far, these people understand that we have no choice and are doing what they need to do by submitting ID.

Please also rest assured - you can redact most of the information that might make you feel vulnerable from your ID. What we need to have established is:
a) it is govt issued
b) that you yourself are holding it
c) that you are over 18
d) Your first name

So feel free to redact the numbers, the day and month of your birth, your surname, most of your face, just leave the bare minimum so we can establish a b c and d.
