Push notifications are those popup ones that display on your computer or phone when you're not currently on NN. You can now enable any of the notification types for "push" in notification settings.

Initially we enabled a lot of the newly available push notifications for all, but it seems people were getting too many. I've now defaulted all the new ones to "OFF". Enable them if you want them!
