Same thing happened to me I looked and all the push notifications were on and I didn't do them all...crazy

For the timer. I had it on bell tower, changed it to harp now. My text notifications are popcorn.

Nope, notifications aren't fixed. I cleared mine about 10 minutes ago and the count is up to 12 again already.
