Well I have no male urethra I can tell you I have run into this before and the males tend to like to masterbate with the object in place and they find it to be a good feeling.

That being said....the people I have run into have been at work as the object they had placed there had become lodged. Thing is it has happenes 2-3 times a year where I work. Seems to be truckers. I'm glad I'm not the only one who doesn't get it. It does look painful to me and I did wonder about what damage a fingernail might do.
