hi i think the overall size and shape just should be proportionate eg: an A cup with those nipples that are like the end of your little finger on a smaller woman say 165cm tall about 50 kg is a good proportion where as the same A cups are far too small for a woman say 186cm tall 75 kg , a nice set of C;s would be perfect for her or a D depending on her proportions

I would be quite positive men just want titties or great big titties but I got to see some other opinions here and they were nice.
