video chat Problem!!

Using Mac, newest system, and Firefox newest version with Flash. Video chat opens But when click to join a room, the little settings window pops up on screen And it Frozen there. Have tried everything, resetting settings, etc etc. and nothing works!! to unfreeze the flash settings window??? Also have tried Safari and same thing happens.
My membership is good until 2021!!!
Please Help!!!
