Typically in a sex video, POV means that the screen shows what the (usually) guy would see if the camera was his eyes.

The point of view of the receiver of the action.

I like to see what I can't see on my own, different angles. POV in porn does nothing for me. Plus the poor male actor has to wear the camera on his head. Silly looking. I think it would be hard to maintain character.
